The MCCA established a task force of presidents to review current services of the MCO (referred to at the Michigan Community College Virtual Learning Collaborative at the time) and in light of new innovations in the market, provide recommendations to the MCCA Board of Directors on moving forward. Those recommendations included a renewal of the Collaborative, with tools for faculty and college engagement, and upgrades in infrastructure that take advantage of the technology now available.
